Shipping

Merch is printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery estimates: Australia 5–10 business days after production; international 10–20 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Returns & exchanges — merch

Because every item is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size was sent, email kutzinthemix@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Digital products

Sample packs, Ableton templates, and other downloads are delivered instantly via Gumroad. Because digital files can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been accessed. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll supply a working copy or refund the purchase.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
